Another busy week with a bit of fabrication.
The charcoal oven at Elif Turkish Cuisine in Stockton-on-Tees required better ventilation, so it was back to the workshop to fabricate swirl stainless steel, to ensure all rising smoke went up the flue. I fabricated replacing the middle filter in exchange for a panel incorporating the rising flue.
Great results by all accounts all parties very happy.
